Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end supply chain process, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, and logistics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement supply chain strategies and initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any supply chain issues.
• Optimize inventory levels to minimize costs while ensuring adequate stock availability.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Utilize Oracle EBS or similar systems to track and manage supply chain activities.
• Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong knowledge of plant management, procurement, and logistics processes.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in using Oracle EBS or similar ERP systems for supply chain management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers.
